About Jamie
Growing up, I taught myself HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Photoshop. I pursued a bachelors degree at the University of Washington in Business Administration, with a double concentration in Information Systems and Human Resources, plus a minor in Diversity. After graduating, I worked in tech, gathering and documenting details about business processes and software requirements.
While working at Boeing as a Systems and Data Analyst, I learned about software development and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework. I transitioned into the roles of UX Designer and Product Owner while working on a program to redesign and consolidate multiple aircraft maintenance data delivery products. I’ve been designing ever since.
Outside of work, I like to practice Muay Thai 🥊, dance Hula & Tahitian 🌺, raise my doggo 🐾, and explore for good food spots 🍜 🍵 🧋
